Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Samyak Niwas Hak Sanstha is a people-first housing development federation, working to make the fundamental right to shelter accessible to every ordinary family in Maharashtra. Inspired by the vision of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and led by our National President Hon. Mr. R. R. Pandayan Saheb , we are committed to ensuring that no working or middle-class family is left behind in the pursuit of home ownership.
We understand that while most families can manage food and clothing through jobs or small businesses, owning a home has become an unattainable dream due to sky-high prices, land mafias, and exploitative builder practices. We operate under the vision of the GODWILLS Affordable Housing Development Federation India.
