Rules and Terms of the Organization:

  1. It is mandatory to become a lifetime member of the organization.

  2. Lifetime membership fee of the organization is ₹1100/- and Jay Bhim Sena membership fee is ₹1200/- (non-refundable).

  3. It is necessary to open a member's R.D. account.

  4. Lifetime membership fee is also non-refundable in any condition.

  5. The financial assistance related to the organization will be provided through a scheme named Daan (Donation) Yojana (10% interest-free) and under the 9% interest-free scheme in the form of loan (debt).

  6. The member must compulsorily donate the amount of Daan (Donation) for the need of the loan (debt) related to the scheme.

  7. Without Daan (Donation), no loan (debt) amount will be cut.

  8. If the member is not able to pay a one-time Daan (Donation) amount, then he/she can pay it in 2 to 3 installments.

  9. If the Daan (Donation) amount is not paid, then the case of loan (debt) will not be proceeded with.

  10. The organization will not take any type of guarantee regarding loan (debt) cases; the process will be done by the bank as per their rules.

  11. After the loan (debt) procedure is approved, paying at least 12 monthly installments is mandatory.

  12. After completing 12 monthly installments, if the member wants to close the loan (debt) matter, then due to the circumstances of the monthly installment, the amount will not be refunded.

  13. After receiving the loan (debt), it is mandatory to repay the bank for 5 to 7 years without any default.

  14. The monthly installment of the loan (debt) should be paid every month on or before the 15th.

  15. ₹300/- passbook and bank form account opening is necessary.

  16. The payment of Daan (Donation) related installment amount is mandatory; non-payment will result in interest charge.

  17. Payment of the application form amount and related amount of Daan (Donation) installment is mandatory as per organization’s rules.

  18. The amount of Daan (Donation) will be considered as a donation and cannot be claimed back under any circumstance.

  19. After giving the Daan (Donation), the loan (debt) received through the bank/organization will be interest-free.

  20. After approval of the loan (debt) under the Daan (Donation) scheme, no kind of interest will be taken on the loan (debt).

  21. The bank/financial institution assisting will be affiliated with the organization; the loan (debt) will be provided only through such bank/organization.

  22. Non-payment of monthly installment will incur a 10% monthly penalty on the unpaid amount.

  23. If the installment of any month is not paid, then 120% annual penalty will be imposed for that month.

  24. Registration charges 2%, Stamp duty 6%, Development charges, Maintenance charges, Service charges 4% +1% must be compulsorily paid by the applicant at the time of house allotment.

  25. If a person is found involved in fraud, then his application will be cancelled with the deposited amount.

  26. If the member dies, the house/plot of the charted amount will be allotted to the applicant's nominee.

  27. If the member wants full or partial refund in case of loan (debt), or any other matter, then the organization will not be liable in any form.

  28. If there is any change in the organization’s rules, then the new rules will be applicable on the applicants.

  29. Organization's rules and terms will be applicable on every member.

  30. Organization reserves the right to change the rules and terms.

Those who do not believe in the organization’s schemes and plans, such people should not become members of the organization.

A) Proper kitchen and granite work in the house.

B) 24-hour electricity and water availability.

C) Tiles in the hall of the house.

D) Good quality tiles in bathroom and toilet.

E) 24-hour security and CCTV coverage.

F) Shopping center and vegetable shops.

G) Beautiful garden, gym, school, and playground in the colony.

H) Bus and rickshaw stand near the colony.

I) 24-hour ambulance service.

Bank Rules and Terms

The organization will provide loans through its affiliated/cooperative financing institutions.

Lifetime membership fee ₹1100 – Non-refundable

  1. The member will be allotted a house on a 5 to 7-year term lease.

  2. The member must open a Recurring Deposit (R.D.) account with the bank.

  3. Without opening an account with the bank, registration will not be considered complete. The membership fee of ₹1100 is mandatory.

  4. If a loan is canceled after approval due to any reason, the bank’s deposited amount will not be refunded under any circumstance.

  5. Loan processing fee is 3% which must be paid via demand draft (D.D.) only. Processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

  6. Processing fee must be paid to the bank via cash or D.D.

  7. If the loan is canceled for any reason, the applicant must cancel the flat allotment themselves. Any amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.

  8. The loan flat/plot allotment will remain in the bank’s name and the registered documents will be kept with the bank until full repayment. The bank will keep the documents secure.

  9. To cancel the loan, a non-refundable loan termination fee of ₹9000 must be paid.

  10. Member of Samyak Bhim Sena Party must pay ₹1100 as mandatory membership fee.

  11. Once the member cancels the membership or loan, the fee will not be refunded.

  12. Loan disputes will be resolved only through the organization’s arbitration committee.

  13. Loans are granted only on recommendation of the organization.

  14. Donation (Dan) cannot be considered as account opening or monthly installment.

  15. The organization will accept only donations (Dan) received in writing. House cost will not be reduced because of donations. No circumstances exempt this rule.

  16. After donating, loans will be processed through the organization only. Receipts will be provided from the bank.

  17. After the loan is considered valid, no part of it can be refunded. 0% interest will not be given.

  18. Loan disputes will be resolved only through the organization's designated committee.

  19. If any member delays in paying monthly installment, 10% penalty will be charged on the due amount.

  20. If someone delays in paying the house cost beyond 120% of the deadline, 5% extra penalty will be charged.

  21. Registration charges 2%, society share 6%, development charges, maintenance charges, and service tax 4%, and 1% stamp duty will be applicable at the time of agreement.

  22. If for any reason construction cost increases, the member must accept the increased rate determined by the organization.

  23. If construction cost decreases, the price of the house may be reduced accordingly.

  24. Once the form is submitted and membership is confirmed, the loan must be taken as soon as possible. If not taken on time, the member must reapply as per the new rules.

  25. All terms and conditions are applicable to all members.

  26. The organization reserves the right to amend rules and conditions.
